Courage & Clarity was created especially for femmes of color in leadership who are ready to reclaim their boldness and tenacity. For those tired of being the only one in the room. For those ready to say the hard things. For those looking for a space to put it all down, be fully themselves, and grow alongside people who get it.
We built the room we knew we needed, too.
This space isn’t limited to femmes of color. If you’re feeling the weight of values-driven leadership and looking for a different way to carry it, you belong here, too.
This is a place to put down the weight, say the hard things, and be in community with people who understand without needing an explanation. We knew we weren’t the only ones looking for that, so we created the kind of space we wanted to be in ourselves. And you’re invited to join us.

Courage & Clarity blends guided learning, live practice, reflection, and community over eight weeks. You’ll have space to learn new frameworks, try them in real time, bring your actual leadership challenges into the room, and make the work your own.

Dedicated time to bring us the thing you can't quite figure out alone and get targetted feedback catered to your unique organizational needs.

This isn't networking for networking's sake. It's space for honest conversation, shared reflection, and real relationships with people who understand the weight you're carrying.
