The brujas will provide 5 Needle Protocol (5NP) Ear Acupuncture for your team in a group setting, similar to community acupuncture. The 5-points needled in the ear engage the body’s rest-and-digest and social engagement systems. Both of these systems are crucial in shifting out of trauma and chronic stress responses.
