A discussion regarding the current state of funding for Convivir and how to adjust actions to remain aligned with organizational priorities.
Develop a collective understanding of the different roles and expectations in the organization. Each department/role was defined on chart paper, and as a group, folks gallery-walked and shared their expectations for the role.
